2011 Mercedes C350I used this together with the Magnaflow 11386 Stainless Steel 2.5" Oval Muffler to delete the secondary Cats and Resonator.I got a little extra power and the sound with the stock mufflers is actually very pleasant. Just the right amount of growl and quiet as a mouse cruising around the neighborhood.PS> Yes I went 2.5" instead of 2.25" on purpose. It produces a lower tone and sets up the Header replacement which will be 2.5" out the new High Flow Cats.

As described, welds were fine, good thickness, would buy again if i needed to, installed on 2012 C300

This pipe really works . I have a 2010 1LT Camaro and put FlowMaster axle back exhaust on the car. I had some rasp and drone in the cabin, although it sounded great. I put the x pipe in place of the stock H pipe , and wow, the rasp was gone and no more drone in the cabin. I have a nice growl and the flow is amazing. The sound is deeper, but alittle quieter , until I hit it, and she sounds great ! Great product that does it's job !James In New Jersey.
