Just picked one up for the holidays has good sound loud especially in a small space. The woofer works great excellent bass drivers but it does have some limitations works with ARC standard not EARC based on the TV and the hook up the sound could be hit or miss, especially if you don’t have a good 4K TV connection. The Bluetooth works well really loud but the connectivity is not great. It takes a minute for it to connect to your device especially anything Apple and then from time to time it will drop a connection overall a solid speaker though, for the price point, I know a lot of people would still recommend a Sonos or even a Sony or LG but I like this one for the price point in the current market would. definitely recommend for small rooms or apartments. homes that aren’t open concept spaces not so much.

Ok, so I’ve been a audiophile all my life and I love music but as I have gotten older I also spend more time in front of the TV in the evenings. I had already bought a “standard” sound bar and it preformed well but as I stated I spend my eve’s watching movies etc. and I wanted to see if I could take it to a “new” level. I had Majority products in the past and I decided to try the Sierra Plus to upgrade my family room this time!(13’x14’ bigger room). After un-packing the Sierra Plus, (which was well packed and survived a rough delivery)And surveying the parts of the system and looking it over, (no damage) it was time to hook it up! The instructions can be gotten by using the QR scanner on your phone or by going to their website! I used the QR scanner on the enclosed pamphlet and it works great!I stream, watch DVD’s and OTA TV (over the air). And there’s a few ways to set up your system. For OTA I used the (enclosed) optical cable and for streaming video’s I set it up with theARC HDMI on TV to ARC HDMI out on sound bar! I then connected my 3d blue ray player to the HDMI in 1 (there are two inputs for source). There are also 2 other connections, (AUX in and a USB port for a flash drive!). I originally just set it up with the optical cable which worked well but to get the full performance of the sound bar use the “arc” method instead! And hold on!I first tested it out with “OTA’ everyday TV and it worked well in “movies” mode and “news” mode ( you will have to turn it up a bit in news mode but it’s very balanced and clear), a major improvement over reg. TV! Next up, (my favorite), Music! I tried out the Bluetooth, (which connects flawlessly after first pairing) and played music from my phone. It sounds really good, is plenty loud, has adjustable treble and bass with clean high’s and rich deep low’s. I couldn’t be happier. Next up movies through the Dolby Atmos and blue ray.Remember I said to “hold on”, well when you play a blue ray movie through the sound bar this thing is at it’s best!!! The ad say’s it “fills he room with sound”, their not lying. (this is a good size sound bar)In 3d EQ, it will pick up a whisper and go from that to feeling like the roof in my house is going to explode!, Stuff (sound) comes from everywhere and is quiet or loud as it needs to be! The subwoofer connects each time the sound bar is turned on and provides the rumble while the sound bar supplies the Rock N Roll! I have listened to my brother in law’s “TV Brand “ sound bar with subwoofer and this kill’s it! I have also compared it to the “TV Brands” prices and again the Sierra Plus kills it!My other TV’s sound bar is a Majority Teton which is a good stand alone sound barand is pushing 2 years old with no problems! For me, this one takes it to a new levelThat shakes, rattles and rolls!Well made & would buy again!

This soundbar is one of the best soundbars I've owned for the price. I have it placed in the living room of an open-concept apartment, and it fills the space with the volume only being on level 5. I have always been accustomed to big brands like Samsung, Sony, etc. not only for their sound quality but also ease of use. I am please to say these meet those high expectations, while coming from a much smaller company. The settings you can change are easy to do with the included remote, including bass and treble. There is an input button on the remote as well, but can also be switched with a button on top of the soundbar. Volume gets very, very loud but keeps a well balanced sound profile. One feature I really enjoy are the few preset sound profiles that can be found on the remote. You can adjust the balance based on if you're watching a movie, listening to music, or just listening to commentary like the news or a podcast. The HDMI ARC functionality works as expected. I suggest plugging in your HDMI devices straight into the soundbar for the best quality, or using an optical cable to keep everything plugged into the TV. Side note: I also was able to get the Apple TV remote to control volume on this soundbar by pairing the included remote! Works like it should. The included subwoofer does a great job of not shaking the floor at lower volumes, and keeps up with when the soundbar is on the louder side. It's super simple to pair the subwoofer, just initially switch the soundbar input to Bluetooth and it will beep & connect instantly. I had to look in the manual for this information, and I'd say it's worth it to read the rest too. There are a couple issues/complaints I have, which includes the "display" always being on. I wish it would dim or turn off completely upon a 5-10sec timeout of using the remote. Since the display is behind the mesh of the soundbar, covering it with some sort of tint or electrical tape would look tacky. I'm hopeful that the soundbar will receive some sort of firmware update with this included. Another complaint is that when the connected device goes to sleep (ex. Apple TV, console), it will switch back to the first input (ARC). If you are utilizing ARC, then no problem. If you aren't it's annoying to wake up the HDMI device and then switch your soundbar input again. I wish it would just stay on the selected input. Lastly, I wish they included 2x AAA batteries for the remote! Although I should probably be using rechargeable ones anyways. This company is very vocal about their positive environmental impact, and that's another plus in my book.Per my pictures, this product also includes L-shaped brackets and hardware for hanging on a wall, and some audio cables for convenience.//TL:DR//- Amazing sound quality from soundbar and subwoofer (no distortion whatsoever)- Multiple sound profiles based on what you're listening to- Dolby Atmos!!! (sounds fantastic when listening to music/movies compatible with this technology)- Environmentally friendly company and productCons:- Always on display, can be distracting in dark room if sound bar is right under TV- Auto-switches input when connected HDMI device goes to sleep. Have to wake the device AND change input on soundbar
