I TAKE 6 PILLS FIRST THING EVERY MORNING . IT HELPS WITH MENTAL, MOOD, AND MUSCLES. RESEARCH WHAT ALL THESE AMINO ACIDS CAN DO FOR YOU WHEN TAKEN AS A MEDICINE AWAY FROM FOOD. THEY ARE EASY TO SWALLOW.

So, I’m probably not the best eater of quality foods, and even though I DO manage to hit my protein goals (most of the time), it’s mostly from protein shakes and protein bars and Greek yogurt. So even though adding more ‘supplements’ instead of more ‘real food’ is not exactly my favorite thing, it just is what it is for right now. That being said, I can ABSOLUTELY tell a difference when I take this!! I use it 2 ways, one, I take 4 before I strength train, and I very much DO feel like I am able to lift more/better when I take them. It seems to help with both strength as well as my ‘willingness to stay in the gym a bit longer and not bolt for the door after 10-15 minutes. The 2nd way I use this is that I take 4 after a tough workout, when I’m a bit concerned that either I will be super sore as a result, or if I’m concerned that I will not be able to maximize the muscle (hopefully) built during that workout because i might not have enough protein in my system.Also, the recommended dosage for this was confusing and would be super costly/inconvenient if I were taking 5 (very chalky) pills all the dang time. I’m female, 5’5 with a mildly athletic build, and I take 4 each time I take them. Again, I only take them when I think I need them, which is probably 5-6 times a week, and I find that ‘dosage’ beneficial (and the most cost effective) for me. :)Oh, I guess a 3rd way that I take these is if I wake up in the morning and I’m stiff or sore from working out and I want to add to the quality ‘muscle building mojo’ in my system after not having eaten anything for many hours (due to being asleep).
