This works really well for those hard to fight fishes no more bruises from the end of the fishing pole for me! Definitely would purchase again.

This thing is huge and makes the rod look hideous.I am sure it serves its purpose but it is ugly.

Used it this week fishing out of Virginia Beach for Tilefish and Black Sea Bass. Had a Shimano Terez 50-100 pound rod and the Cush-It fit perfectly on rod and cushioned the stomach from the rod butt. Caught 20+ fish (2-15 pounds) that were 300-600 feet deep with 16 oz. weight and dual drop rig. It worked well--after I got the fish on the boat, I took off the Cush-it and put it in my pocket so I could put rod in the rod holder. Would recommend this product--much easier to use than a fighting belt and saved both stomach and arm.
