Improved comfort of my boot. Still breaking boot in newer boot. I ride about 10-15days/season.Last time I wore boot was with old insert and developed a blister (4days, 8hrs/day) on my medial left ankle.I replaced the insert and this time (6days, 5hrs/day) used the boots and my feet were well and healthy all day.For this reason alone I like the product and would recommend it.

I bought this product specifically to help with the fit in my ski boot. I could not tighten my boots enough to keep my foot rooted to the base of the boot to better control my skiing, these inserts did help with that but didnt fill as much space in the boot as I'd hoped. They are not super cushiony, they shouldn't be like that in a ski boot. I did not notice any increase in foot warmth, I always wear good wool ski socks so it's never been an issue, even in 0 degree weather. I got the medium and I did not need to trim these in my size 8 Women's ski boot. IT gets 4 stars becuase it seems pricy for a basic, hard insert, and I still have to double up socks for a better fit in my boot.

Very uncomfortable liner the heel seem to do what it said it would. Absorb most of the terrain but it lacks a lot of cushion on the mid to front toe section of the inserts. Would love to return but kept them just outside the return period so now stuck with them.
