I am not sure what I was expecting but this thing is HORRIBLE. I spent 30 minutes trying to vacuum the lint off of it that it had on it when it came out of the bag, which did not come off for the most part. Oh and getting it out of the packaging was like getting into the crown jewels, the fact that I did not cut the thing trying to get it out is luck or perhaps a miracle but definitely not by design. It is hard and lumpy. It is VISIBLY lumpy with spots so hard inside the pillow that it feels like there are dog toy squeakers inside. I barely have words. I saw someone else say they could not return it because they could not pack it back up. Glinda and the entire Lollipop guild could not pack it back up. I don't have the strength to fight and seriously they must know better. I am sick and sometimes I can't get up the stairs so I thought this would make my life a little better. The answer is "No!".

More comfortable than it looks, we’ve used it everyday since we got it and guests liked it as well. Folds up quite compact, great space saver

We needed something relatively inexpensive to put in our office that could serve as a place to lounge, watch tv, game, listen to records, and also double as a guest bed...this serves all those functions and fits the space perfectly! It was fairly easy to assemble (it does need about a day to fully puff up before putting it together), is comfortable to sit or lay on, and is roomy enough for 2 people to sit on it without feeling cramped. I like that the two pillows that it comes with can sit on top as a head rest if you want. I also like that the sides have attachable pockets where you can put your phone or remotes. We put our own pillows on it for some extra back support, and are also planning on getting a little floor pillow to serve as a place to prop our feet up. Overall great, versatile piece.

Todo bien, menos la almohada, es muy incómoda para dormir.
