I've been using this powder, mixed into my moisturizer, everyday for about a week. Does it work? Heck if I know. However, what I can speak on, is how easy it is to dissolve into your products. I added the suggested amount to my moisturizer bottle and shook it for a minute or so. There is no evidence that I added it to my lotion, no grainy residue or texture. It hasn't caused my skin to be irritated or red. I'm hopeful that the product actually works and time will tell on that. If it's a miracle product I'll be sure to come back and edit this review. If this review is never edited then you know it either didn't work or not enough for me to rave about it. :)

Double bagged, product is 100 percent as listed. Just started using today, mixed in grapeseed oil for age spots.

I have used kojic acid in products before and they have done very well for blemishes on my skin such as discoloration and sun damage and just evening out my overall tone. I figured making my own products would save me money since I already make my own soaps and lotions without kojic acid.I made one test soap so far and it’s only been a day so I can’t see the results yet but I have no irritation and it worked how I wanted it to.My advice to anyone using this for DIY, be mindful and careful! Also be precise, have a small kitchen scale to weigh your amounts.Although kojic acid is natural I am not using this product for any leave on products due to the possibility and suggestion at this time of it being a carcinogen through absorption. Animal studies have shown it’s “weakly” carcinogenic and it’s not “believed” to reach those levels in humans. Although other information conflicts this. I’m still trying to minimize my risks despite this product really working for me. While I keep myself updated on study results. Be aware and educate yourself about this item and don’t go over 2% no matter what. Leave on products I wouldn’t even go over 1%. Soaps I tried 2% since it’s a wash off product and my skin is used to kojic acid.Do your research. This product is not going to be for everyone.Oh and it comes with a nice scooper :)
