Using this for airbrushing small model parts. They are very sturdy and hold up to the 12to 20 psi I use. Excellent buy.

This has already become one of my "go to" tools!I already have a wooden stand that is over 4x bigger which I use for airbrushing, but it is just too big for my table. I really like this base due to its compactness and solidness, that easily fits on my hobby desk and hold any variety of parts for drying as well as for keeping track of smaller pieces.The wire alligator clips are solid and use heavy tempered steel wires and good clips which I have not had problems when using.

So, addressing some of the concerns that I saw when I reviewed this before buying it.One, the alligator clips do crack off the posts very easily. I am comfortable using a pair of pliers and some super glue to reattach them. They open reasonably wide and have a good positive grip.Two, the metal post is solid so you can bend it and it is very sturdy. Use a pair of pliers and your monkey brain.Three, the base has two different sized holes in it. This is standard for these kind of displays. One fits the included metal posts perfectly, the other is for larger diameter.Four, the base weight is a little light for some users, it works fine for my Miniatures and Gundam but is a little awkward with larger-scale kits. I'm going to glue it to a larger base but this is an issue out of the box.
