Todo comenzó cuando L.A Macklanburg y su esposa se mudaron a su nueva casa de Oklahoma City en 1919. Impulsado por la necesidad de mantener fuera el aire frío del invierno y el polvo y la suciedad del verano, L.A. Macklanburg construyó el primer burgo para evitar que los elementos entren debajo de su puerta principal. Al ver una oportunidad, construyó una máquina de burlete de manivela plegable de latón y la llevó a la Feria Estatal de Oklahoma a principios de julio de 1920, y así nació una nueva entidad.

I had some electronics mounted to a 12 Volt power supply with exposed wiring, and needed some mechanical protection, but also wanted to provide ventilation for a cooling fan. I bent this into shape and used some epoxy on the seam to form a box, and it worked well. Could have been a bit stiffer for more protection, but that would also have meant more effort to cut and bend.

Used on entertainment shelves to hide cable box from cat that eats cord. Bent around the shelves easily and is a lot more attractive then throw pillows on the ground. Def a good buy

I used this as a back to the tower compartment of my desk where my beast of a computer sits. I have an L-shaped desk and it's situated so the back of the tower compartment is seen when you walk in the room. I needed something that looked good, but was also breathable. It worked perfectly. I trimmed it to fit and screwed it in with metal capped screws. Exactly what I wanted. It allows my baby to breathe and keeps her from overheating during long hours of game-time. It also looks awesome. Came packaged perfectly. I was worried it would be bent but the packaging was solid and flat. Definitely ordering another for my husband's desk.
