Great mesh, good value. I wouldn’t say they are “cheap”, you can find plenty of cheap ones. These are a decent price, though, and work really well.

I bought these to replace the plastic gears in FMS FCX18 LC80 differentials. While they seemed to fit right in with no problems, when I tightened the screws down on the axles, both sets of gears locked up. I had to loosen the screws over the differentials to get them to turn. And when they did finally turn, they made a grinding sound and did not turn smoothly. Yes, I lubed them beforehand.So, between the gears binding and the replacement transmission binding, my motor burned out. I ended up replacing the transmission and both axles with metal parts from RCAWD. I cannot recommend these parts.

My kids managed to frag my FMS LC80 rear diff gears after their first time playing with it, so I went looking for a replacement. Shipping from some of the RC sites was expensive and took a long time, so I decided to hit up Amazon.I was hesistant buying these as they had very little feedback, but other diff gears on Amazon had very poor ratings. But I'm glad I did, as they were easy to install and worked perfectly without any shims or mods to the axle housing. I went ahead and ordered another set for the front since I think the plastic gears won't last forever.

I replaced the stripped out plastic gears on an fcx18. Some reviews mention binding, but mine were fine. Went right it with no issues.I bought a second to replace my front gears when they eventually go out.

After a lot of back and forth, I bought this one. I was very skeptical, simply because there was absolutely no review, but it turned out to be a perfect fit. Finally, the RC that came broken right out of the box is working now!
