This is the third one I put on my Moto Guzzi v85 TT. Very impressive road handling. Before I got this bike I was concerned about how an adventure bike would handle on pavement but the v85 handles great with these tires. And I've been riding a long time.No problem on packed dirt but not so good in sand as expected with this tread pattern.

El rendimiento de esta serie de gomas Anadee Adv son excelentes. Duraderas y corren muy bien en asfalto y destapados. Las Recomiendo!!

Took two V-Strom 650's up to Alaska and back, a little over 8,000 miles on middle-weight bikes. Used Shinko 705's for the front. The inexpensive Shinko's did much better in the dirt and mud, they also still look new. It was expected that the rear tire would wear faster, the disappointment was how quickly they wore. As a street tire, they were fine. In the dirt, mud and gravel, they were much worse than hoped. The wear bars are not helpful, as our tire still showed some tread left on both the center and side wear bars. The center tread wore very, very quickly and is not deep at all when new. I am very disappointed with this expensive tire and will not consider it again. Cannot recommend.

Very good street performance. I've used all the Anakee tires on my three DL650 bikes. Logging more than 100,000 miles on various Anakee models. I liked the tread pattern of the Anakee2 over the Anakee3, so I was happy to see the additional choices of Adventure and Wild. This spring I had swapped over to TKC80 front and rears to deal with mud season, which the Anakee3 tires didn't handle well. Eventually I'll try the Anakee Wild as a replacement to my aging TKC80 tires. The TKC80s tires had been my winter tire, before I moved to a location where conditions don't allow me to ride during the winter.I mounted the Adventure tire, commuted for a couple weeks, then took an 8 day 3500 mile tour. 1000 miles of highway (each way) and lots of NC & WV twisty roads. One 20 mile dirt road out of Thurmond WV over 1.5" stone. The Adventures are slightly louder than Anakee3 tires at highway speeds, but with ear plugs it is hard to notice any difference. On the twisty roads I think the Adventures might actually be stickier than the Anakee3. I have yet to have them slide. I really liked the predictable traction limits on the Anakee3. You could feel it start sliding and traction was very linear and predictable. I have not yet experience how the Adventure looses traction on pavement. On gravel it is very predictable and you can slide out the rear nicely with a hearty twist of the wrist. I'm hoping the traction on the Adventure behaves like the Anakee3 and isn't an all or nothing tire.So far very nice tires for a VStrom and 80/20.I was also unfortunate enough to have the opportunity to plug my rear tire. Our gas stop in Cherokee NC before getting on the Blue Ridge Parkway revealed a screw in the center of my rear. Removed the screw, reamed out the hole an popped in a plug. Purchased new glue from the gas station and pumped up my tire with their air pump. Stopped on the Blue Ridge to test the pressure and let out air (air temps in the 90F range). By the end of the day I nearly forgot about it. We then road 1000+ miles home on the highway plugged. Ordering a new tire now, but plan to commute on the plugged tire for the summer.

Seems like a good all around 80/20 tire. Works great on a gravel road and leaned over at the track. I'll probably stick with these for a while on the rear of my VFR1200X.
