I have to give the vacuum a 5 star on suction, weight, arrival/packaging and ease of use and No Floating Dust! :-D. I would have given half stars but there are none due to the length of power cord which is only 18ft, and I needed the 26 ft., and could have used a bit more length in the extension wand.

I love this vacuum cleaner. It is wonderful and exactly what needed at a good price. It does have plenty of attachments and is really nice quality. Some reviews say it does not come with a filter, but it does have bags, and you just get the cloth filter which fits into the hepa slot which works. I purchase a hepa, just to bring it to the next level of cleaning experience, no smell at all. I love the retractable cord and on-board attachments. as well as all of the larger attachments. This is a great purchase, sometime in the future maybe I will upgrade to the electric attachment and get the three-hundred-dollar larger head. but that can wait. This is the 1500 dollar without the electric power attachment (which plugs in to the outlet below the inlet hose and has a removable cover, mine was loose in the box and I just clipped and covered it, I won't be using the electric power attachment any time soon. Great suction, and function, easy settings, works wonderful! Thanks!

This is my second Miele.....My first one lasted 18 years...The best vacuum 👍🏻 I love it!

The package included the Miele C3 with the parquet twister, multiple surface brush head, and the Turbo Brush Head. I was skeptical of the turbo head for carpet but I was wrong. This head works great on my Berber and low pile rugs. If you hold the head of slightly before vacuuming, the brushes really get screaming fast! Very quiet! Virtually dust free performance. The seller didn’t include the HEPA filter as described and noted in other reviews. However, upon contacting them, they quickly sent out a second packed with the HEPA filter. Great seller, great price, great service.

First of all, this review will be more about my experience with the seller.The Miele C3 is a fantastic vacuum! One of the best vacuums on the market.So this machine they are selling is a Canadian Costco exclusive item. It’s a fantastic value! This is not what the seller has advertised though. The seller advertised this product as Miele C3 Complete Marin. It is NOT the Marin as that model comes with premium wand and electric brush head.When I received my Vacuum it did NOT include the hepa filter and extra bags. I contacted seller and they very apologetic and agreed to send them. It seems like based on other people’s reviews they don’t send the bags and filter. I’m assuming in hopes that the buyer doesn’t realize.So yesterday, I received the bags and hepa filter. However, they sent the SF-HA 30 HEPA filter—which is NOT compatible with the Miele C3. My machine requires the SF-HA 50 filter. So the filter they sent me is completely useless for me.As of right now, avoid this seller like the plague. I will update this review if any actions are taken by seller.
