I love the metric part of this tape measure but it also has Standard markings as well. I have many tape measures but this one exudes quality and has become my favorite. It also has a neat feature of being able to read it from the bottom or inverted. The length is very useful and will extend almost the entire distance before deflecting.The is certainly a worth while investment, if you don't loose it, you might never need another one

overall a very sturdy and well made tape measure. If size isn't an issue for you... awesome 5 star review then.But... this thing is massive. I know it's a "wide blade" but dang... it certainly is. Weighs over 5 ounces more than my other 16 inch, and almost as much as my 25 inch!finger stop is awesome.like i said... if you don't might the size/weight of this 16ft tape measure, it's an awesome tool.

It has a surprisingly durable build, and it's definitely a huge improvement over the previous generation of tapes.
