I've been buying these for years I got extremely long hair and I like wearing them because keeps my bangs out of my face and it gives a little cool little effect but then when you slide them in I definitely buy these all the time recommend them too

These are attractive, don't look cheap. I gave them a 4 instead of 5 because they don't hold back my hair as well as other hairbands I have with slightly longer teeth.

I have thick hair , shorter from front and long in the back , at work I need to keep my hair of my face so I bought those headbands and I can have them all day long on my head and hair looks great and nothing comes out from any side . I was buying different one before , more expensive, more fancy with all kind of teeth, longer or shorter but all of them was simply sliding of my head , I had to use clips to keep those headbands on proper place . The secret of Scunci headbands is that their teeth goes almost to the end of bands which allows all hair to be nicely grabbed. Maybe they are not the strongest one , I usually wear one for few months before it will eventually break BUT , they are cheap enough to buy another one . I still have 10 different headbands , strong and thick but I can’t wear them so buying this one For this price is really good deal ! I wish other manufacturers would figure out this simple solution to keep their band in the hair . The thickness of teeth doesn’t really matter , what matter is how far around headband those teeth goes . Thank You Scunci !

I just re-ordered these so my review will be based on the ones I ordered five or more years ago when I ordered at least a dozen pairs.Yes, these break. I think it’s from the oil in my hair and after a while they just start to get. brittle. When I say “a while” I’m talking months of everyday use.Yes, they can get a little uncomfortable behind the ears, but not always and I find it’s easily fixed by tilting the band forward to put the ends in my hair instead of having them hit behind the ears (I added a picture of this so you knew what I meant).Now for why I love them. I have thick, curly hair and before I found these headbands I had NEVER found one I could wear that’d hold my hair back. These have made my life so much easier and I don’t know what I’d do if I couldn’t get them on amazon anymore since they appear to be discontinued in stores. Nothing gets out of this thing and it holds the hair back tightly and out ofmy face. See picture.A couple things in response to some of the other reviews: they are supposed to point toward the back, and they do work with your hair up. I often wear it with a messy bun (check picture) when I’m hot and have for probably ten years. This is literally the ONLY headband that works for me.
