Instalación y consejos:
1. Retira la cinta de sellado amarilla marcada con "Tirar" y luego insértalo en la ranura correspondiente hasta que haga clic en su lugar.
2. No toques el chip de tinta para evitar el problema no reconocido durante la instalación.
3. Si la impresora muestra "?" Después de instalar el nuevo catridge, ignórelo y continúe impresiendo. Esto significa que la impresora ha reconocido el depósito de tinta.
4. Para obtener el mejor color de impresión, es mejor limpiar el cabezal de impresión y la boquilla comprobar 1 a 2 veces por primera vez.

Deer cartridges are good for saving money. My Brother MFC doesn't recognize them but they work fine and are easy to install. I've never had a leak as with a different brand as they fit well and last quite a while.

As suggested- clean nozzle heads in the strongest suggested way your printer is capable. I came on here to see what issues everyone else was having as i couldnt print anything except in BLACK. After cleaning the nozzles 4-5 times we are back in business. So i suggest doing what they say and clean the nozzles especially if you dont print much like myself. 5 stars because brother ink is insanely priced.

I ordered these long before I needed them. When I finally installed them and had cartridge recognition issues with my Brother MFC-J995DW my returns window had closed. This company still gave me a refund nearly a year after I ordered them. Other reviews noted customers with similar issues had their problems solved after a return & replacement was done. I'll gives these another try when my present OEM cartridges need replacing. The fit and print quality were as OEM.

We’ve ordered this a few times & the cartridges worked really well, but this one didn’t work for some reason.The customer service agent sent us a new cartridge to replace. Customer service was amazing. We will continue to order from this company again. Thank you.

Do not buy this ink! Trust me, I was a glutton for punishment, gave them the benefit of the doubt a few times, and they just don’t work. Why? A few of the inks in every box are MISSING the chip on the top of the cartridge. This is the chip that allows the printer to “see” the ink cartridge. Without the chip, the cartridge won’t work and you have wasted your money. I bought from them several times and every-single-box has inconsistent chips AND cartridges themselves. There will be some that look completely different from others and almost always two per box WONT work. I don’t know who is in charge of quality control, but they should be fired. I won’t be repeating my mistake… no matter how inexpensive they are… the hassle and the returns are not worth taking a long shot with this quality. They claim “high performance” and “product guarantee free from defects” 🤣 and that couldn’t be further from the truth.
