Took about three weeks to get the item. Item arrived in good condition and of good quality.

Mostly plastic except for the slide bar. Instructions say to drill 5/16 holes for screws, should be 3/16. Water pressure to the shower head is good. Water pressure thru shower head is very low, removed restrictors and is now ok. Tried to register the product but site doesn't recognize the model #. Not worth the price. I have purchased Moen in the past but would think twice about doing it again.

I don't have a tub --only a shower, which is fine with me. But the showerhead in my new home is so high, and I'm so short. So a handheld shower that is permamently affixed to the wall was needed. At first I allowed the handyman to select a shower; he found one that used an adhesive to secure the bar to my marble wall. After it came apart, I did my own research and discovered this showerhead. I also learned from my new handyman that an adhesive fix on marble or any stone won'r work, as water can seep between the adhesive and stone and the seal will be broken. As this is affixed to the wall with screws, it works dandy-fine. And the product is exactly what I was looking for --4 different sprays including massage, a heavy, narrow stream and 2 gentler, wider rain-type sprays, as well as a large showerhead suit my needs perfectly. Its height is adjustable, and I can use it as either a handheld or wall shower. It is attractive, as well s a quality Moen. I now have my perfect morning shower back. I'm definitely pleased and highly recommend this product.
