I'm not returning it because it does run the schedule I wanted. First, the wire nuts provided are not large enough for the 3 ground, 3 hot & 3 common. Those 3 lines had 6 wires each. Second, the app on my phone allows me to name the switch but when I went to schedule the switch, they were all "switch 1" after selecting the named switch. Finally, the face plate is a snap-on that is difficult to line up and connect firmly.

Once installed and integrated with Alexa, it works as expected. Installation presented several problems. 1: the screws enclosed must be metric being slightly larger. While they can be forced, it makes them much more difficult to start. 2: wire nuts are fine for most connections, but the ground connection already had several 14-gauge wires so had to use larger wire nuts. 3: the wires should have had longer section stripped, had to lengthen to get good binding under wire nuts. 4: the body of switches are much larger than original switches. When installed, the three switches are touching and touching top and bottom of electrical box and less room behind them so tight squeeze to get wires mashed in far enough to get all three switches in proper position. 5: instructions sent with unit incomplete for attaching to Alexa. You will need to get Alexa to recognize the Moes app before Alexa can see the switches. Now some good. It works well with dumb 3-way switches, whether the hot lead is at smart switch or dumb switch. The light is only on when the light is on. Face plate snaps on but only after the face of all three are perfectly in line.
