I use this in my home bakery business and they come out beautifully every single time. They are not dishwasher safe, I learned the proper way to care for them after I ruined the first one by accident

Easy to use and a very sturdy product. Results in beautifully shaped chocolates, with a shiny surface. Good size for fillings. Chocolates release easily with a tap on the bench. Best with couverture chocolate.

In the past I have only ever used thin plastic or silicone molds. Chocolates come out of this heavier mold so much easier and cleaner. Will be buying more.
