I love to bake, and I like to have fun with it. I got these flower-shaped cake pans to make cakes and breads and whatever else seems fun. I made a special Valentine's Day dinner for my family tonight, and I made corn bread in these. I sprayed the pan, just to make sure that it didn't stick. And it definitely didn't stick. I let it cool after I took it out of the oven, and after it cooled down a little I put on a heat resistant glove, picked up the pan, and pushed up from the bottom. It came out so easily that my hand went right through the hole it the pan and I almost dropped the corn bread. This pan is seriously nonstick. And it made a really cutely-shaped cornbread.But it wasn't an entirely positive experience. My cornbread didn't bake very evenly. This pan is not as wide as the pan that I normally use for cornbread, and it is deeper. The cornbread was pretty raw in the middle. I might just need to adjust the baking time and temperature for this pan.And my cornbread recipe starts with melted butter. I set this pan on top of a paper towel before I put the batter in it, and I'm glad that I did. When I picked up the pan, it had leaked a little onto the paper towel. It was a greasy stain like melted butter. So I lined a baking pan with tin foil and set the pan on top of that to bake. To my happy surprise, nothing further leaked out during the baking process.Also, my pans weren't packaged super well, and they arrived with slight dents. That's not a big deal to me, but it might be a big deal to other people. And there were also black spots on them that don't want to wash off. Those are on the bottom--not in a place that will touch food. So again, not a big deal to me. But in case that would matter to you, I feel like I should mention it.Overall I like these pans. They had a few flaws, but with a couple of adjustments I think that I'll be able to make really fun flower cakes and breads. Maybe even a cheese cake one day.

Tired of the same old shaped cakes? Very versatile 2 flower shaped cake pans or are they?Flowers have sprung in this cake pan, take a chance like I did to see what this can be used for, from cheese cakes to regular cakes, rice mold even as a jello mold & I am sure there are more ways you can use this, so much fun!Not only versatile but many ways you can bake a cake, mine is in the air fryer now baking, so not just for ovens but air fryers as well. Fits my air fryer perfectly.Well made just had to cut parchment paper to fit the bottom of the flower cake pan. I love the fact you can take the bottom out, easy to remove cake or to wash it. The metal is a sturdy well made with no burrs or any discoloring. Nice goldish color so even could hang them in your kitchen as decorations as well.I am making a meatloaf I have decided tomorrow using this pan so a flowered shaped meatloaf sounds interesting, try it & you will find out that there are many many uses that you can use these pans for.Pleased to have something that is not the normal circular shaped cake pan is right up my preference.
