I wanted to love this monitor. The camera quality is incredible, however, the sound is not sensitive even at the highest setting & loudest volume. I can hear the kids down the hall & while holding the monitor cannot hear them through it. At times, the monitor would not “wake up” when detecting sound. Despite customer service telling me that you can hear the audio from both cameras simultaneously, this is NOT the case. You can only hear one at a time or rotate between the 2 cameras every 5+ seconds.

This is by far my favorite monitor. I’ve used a few and this one has the best camera and image quality! The two monitors with dual screens makes it seem less to watch two different rooms. The battery is also excellent. When using in power saving mode, you don’t hear background noise and it will last me days. I love that you are able to adjust the sensitivity of the reaction depending on where the monitor is placed in the room. I ended up returning my previously purchased monitor that was more expensive. This one is so much better and has more functions!

Love these soooo muchthe only downside is that it goes into sleep mode quite often and the alert system goes off when there’s no noise but other than that love the product!

I'm not sure how this product has such good reviews. This will be my 3rd attempt at finding a good baby monitor and I thought this was the one when it first got here. However, unless I'm being oblivious, there is no way to switch between cameras without having to first turn the auto cycle setting on, waiting for the camera I want to pop up, go back to the display options, and then clicking full screen. That's just a bit tedious for the amount of money I spent. Someone please tell me I'm wrong and I'll update my review and take everything back! I've read the entire packet and looked at the questions on here and there is no information on actually switching between two cameras.

Haven't had it for long, but it's good so far. Unlike another review claims, you absolutely can switch between multiple cameras easily, and the manual explains how to do this. Good video quality, but I do agree the sound could be much better. I have to keep the volume all the way up on both the monitor and cameras to hear and be heard, and even then its not as loud as I'd like. My old eufy this replaced had so much better volume, so I do miss that. I don't use any of the fancy features like vox or the songs, or SD card, so can't really comment on those. Split screen mode is a very nice feature. I think if eufy's customer service wasnt so bad I would've just stuck with them.

Simplemente a mi me encantó, es demasiado práctico. Se acomodan perfectamente 5 pares de tenis en la parrilla de arriba y 5 abajo. Lo recomiendo mucho la verdad! El material es poco frágil pero se aguanta un buen peso

Le caben aprox 20 pares de zapatos (en tacón) y muchísimas prendas, ni si quiera he terminado de colgar toda la ropa.Es un poco inestable el tubo de arriba, se sale del encaje pero solamente cuando está sin ropa. Tiene unas bolitas a los lados para que los ganchos no se caigan por los tubos que son redondos en las esquinas :) a los lados sirven mucho los otros dos tubos que los conecta para colgar bolsas o pequeños shorts o faldas. Yo decidí colgar solamente vestidos, blusas cortas y en general ropa de verano. No lo recomendaría para ropa de invierno pero no dudo que sostenga muy bien los suéteres, realmente sí es una estructura firme suficiente. Vi que hubo personas que dijeron que ojalá fuera más grande y creo que se refieren a la altura. definitivamente es chaparro, pero en ancho sí es suficiente espacio. Solamente le falta un poco de altura y estaría Perfecto p
