These solved the connection speed issue that was happening all the time. I have a main wifi router in another room, then a router used as a switch in my room connected to three devices through LAN. I used a couple old patch cat5e or cat5 cables that came with these old routers many years ago, the standard yellow 5ft cables everyone is familiar with. I have all 1gbps LAN connections to these devices, but my computer kept showing the ethernet connection dropping down to 100mbps after a bit. I would reset it and do all sorts of troubleshooting, it kept dropping to 100mbps.I assumed the old yellow cat5e cables would be fine, but I had doubts. Technically cat5e can do 1gbps over long distances, but I guess these stock yellow patch cables that come with old routers are of low quality. I ordered these new cat6 cables from here and now the 1gbps ethernet connection stays strong and never drops speed.The monoprice cables are pretty thick and stiff, so if you're needing something more flexible, then you'll need another cable. This works great for my needs. Highly recommended, can always count on monoprice.

It's cheap, but it gets the job done, for the price (3x's less than the next option) it works and fulfills it's intended purpose with no issues. I have fiber gigabit internet, my older ethernet was cat 8 (40GB) but I needed to move my desktop over more and my old cable lacked the length to reach my network switch mounted under my desk.For the price I have absolutely no complaint.

Excelente cable cat 6. Si buscas un cable de calidad está es buena opción. Material resistente muy recomendado para uso rudo
