I enjoy read this book. Since reading the first book, I was looking forward to the second book. And the stories in it send shivers when I read it late at night.

Arrived fine and timely. This is the last book I needed for the set now. Love these stories and they are being passed to my child. We love them.

I grew up with these books; they're probably what made me decide I was never doing horror ever again lol. But hubby, who loves scaring himself, hadn't. He's looking forward to the movie. :)

The Mass Market Paperback version does indeed have the artwork of Stephan Gammel. The cover a bit different and is smaller in size than the 1 and 3 I got when I was a kid. So the set doesn't match completely. But it has the same stories and artwork so I am satisfied. I do wish that, at least, the cover was the one pictured. The one I received is not.

本書は英語圏の小学校中〜高学年くらいを対象にした読みものかと思います。あまり英語が得意ではない高校一年生の生徒（もちろん日本人です）と一緒に読みましたが、文法的には「たまにわからない」程度、語彙的には「辞書を片手に」程度で、内容的にも洋書の読書入門編としては最適だと思いました。お話の内容としては、どこかで聞いたようなお話ばかりですが、英語で読むことにより感じる新鮮さがあるので案外楽しめます。
