I bought one of these for my wife to use if she needs help, she has ALS and is unable to get around.I tested it and all seemed fine. The first time she needed to use it; it did not work. It appears that the battery in the remote only makes intermittent contact resulting in unreliable results. I modified the battery compartment by placing a shim behind one of the battery terminals so that it exerts more consistent pressure on the battery. POOR design.After a year the button no longer worked. I lights when pressed but does nothing (NO ALARM)I would NOT buy this again.

WORKS WELL AS IT SHOULD. EASY TO PAIR WITH YOUR PHONE. I HAVE MINE SET TO BE CALLED BOTH BY THE HONE OR THE DESK UNIT TO PLACE IN A ROOM OR ON A TABLE. VOLUME IS ADJUSTABLE IF NEED BE. GOOD PRICE AND EAST SET UP. RELIABILITY IS VERY IMPORTANT IN MY VIEW AND SO FAR THIS HAS WORKED WELL FOR MY WIFE. GIVES ME A LITTLE RELIEF KNOWIGN WHEN MY WIFE NEEDS HELP IT WILL SUMMONS ME NO PROBLEMS.

A wonderful gadget for the money. The alarm isn't very loud for a two level house. The smartphone notification is a great, you can leave the house with more peace of mind. The notification works fine for me, it might be a problem in a noisy environment and you might have to subscribe to the phone call feature.

Works fine. Good volume is needed. I set the app to send a notice to my phone, and one to my sister's phone. I got help when paged, and my sister calls to make sure she's okay. This way we don't have to worry about her all the time. Happy we got it.

It was fairly easy out of the box to set up and configure. Range is good. Seems reliable. The buttons are easy for my elderly mom to use but have no guard on them so she sometimes presses accidentally. Clearing the alarm status in the app is not at all intuitive. All in all, the device and app work as advertised and give peace of mind while we are away from home. Best of all, no monthly subscription fee!

I just received this computer carrying case today. It was well packaged and the material seemed to be of good quality. That is, the fabrication is a canvas like material that is water proof so great feature. I bought the largest option which was 16 inches. The packaging makes it look small but it is actually quite roomy. Another customer did a video that demonstrated all of the compartments. I can fit my laptop and cords plus dry eraser, pens, pencils, spray bottle of sanitizer and my wallet comfortably because it expands. For the price, it's a great deal. I really don't have any complaints other than the area that the laptop sits in could have a bit more padding but my Macbook is covered, so no worries for me. I attached pictures of teh bag fully loaded for school.
