This hose for my 2011 fusion only appears to exist as a motorcraft part. I could find no other hose brands (Dayco, Gates, etc.) that offered an OEM replacement, unlike all the other coolant/heater hoses in my car. That severely limited my options to purchase a replacement. Major parts stores such a NAPA, Advance Auto and Auto Zone all said they did not carry it, that a replacement was only obtainable from a ford dealer. In the end my choices were Amazon @ $35, O'Reilly's Auto Parts for $47 + $7 shipping, and $74 at the local ford dealer, all for the same motorcraft brand hose. And the part is nothing more than about 24" of 3/4" heater hose that has a plastic T-fitting near one end with 3" of 1/4" hose off the side of the T. Thanks, Amazon, for keeping it relatively reasonably priced. As for O'Reilly's and especially Ford - bite me.
