The Amazon fit check says it does fit, and it is indeed one of the two heater hoses for a 2014 Ford Focus ST, and it fit perfectly. It took 9 years for the original heater hoses to leak; I am hoping these, being Ford Motorcraft hoses, last as long. Thus, a rating of 5 stars.
