I originally ordered this pizza stone to help keep my sourdough breads from burning, but I have been surprised as to how often my family and I have been able to use it! I've made pizzas and calzones with my sourdough pizza dough and they always turn out perfect!

Was so excited to get this, but it arrived broken. Now I'll have to wait to get another one. Hopefully the manufacturer will reach out to me.

It said to not put oil on the stone but I did a quick spray and put flour too. Pizza sticks to it like mortar on bricks. Soaking overnight in water does the trick and lifts the crust off easily enough but I screwed up not following directions. My fault. But the pizza crust tastes GOOOOOOD!

I purchased this to use in the Anova Precision Oven and it works great. I use the bake setting to heat the stone, then switch to steam/convection.
