Nice flexible knife, easy to use and comfortable in the hand. I used it to separate pie crust from the surface after rolling it out and lifting out pieces of lemon tart; it was thin yet sturdy and worked well. I’d have given it 5 stars but there is a subtle taper to the end and because I didn’t dry it immediately it water spotted.A good tool like this should be cared for properly and it should last for many years.

I bought this because my other rack was a cheapo. This one is much more sturdy, I can put it in the dishwasher occasionally and it is so far standing up very well.

La rejilla llego ligeramente pandeada y no asienta bien. Siempre queda alguna de sus patas al aire

I love this little thing. We're partial to cup cakes rather than full size cakes, and my full size icing spatula has always been awkward to use, but a butter knife is heavy and wants to leave little ridges. Don't judge until you're old enough to have arthritis with the limits it can put on everyday tasks ;)I find this thing so perfect for the smaller baking items I'd be tempted to get more than one, except it's just so easy to wipe off immediately. It rarely spends much time in the utensil drawer, we use it so much. I've taken to using it to spread cream cheese on my bagels which my breakfast 90% of the time, as well as buttering toast. My husband just starting using it for his beloved CheezWhiz (sorry, he's Canadian ;) He says he likes it because it's a bit wider than a table knife, so holds more Whiz so he doesn't have to keep putting it back in the jar for more. It's a strong bit of firm steel with just enough give in it to help you control texture and pressure. The handle is shaped well and is comfortable to hold even with my arthritis. It's just plastic, nothing special, but still well-made.They made an annoying choice with their label - it was stuck directly to the blade and whatever adhesive was used was way more than needed. It rubbed right off with nail polish remover, though, then ran it through the dishwasher. We're finding more everyday uses for it, and with just a quick rinse and wipe it's clean, so it's becoming very useful to us. It's not supposed to compare to a full size spatula, or even an offset. Each has its places, and this one has plenty more than just icing because of its size.
