It took me 3 tries before I got the right size. According to their chart, I am a medium. But it was in reality way too small. I returned it for a large, which was still too tight. I ended up with an XL, which fits but loosely. I wish they offered half sizes or an elastic band to adjust. I don’t why their sizing is so off… Notably, I see that Amazon now recommends (correctly) an XL for me on the listing.The wool and pattern looks and feels nice. There is something satisfying about it being from Ireland.The bigger issue I had is the sawing. It’s sadly not done properly on mine so the cap is asymmetrical. This is quite disappointing for the price. Unfortunately, I bought it in August and only wore it today for the first time so I’m outside of the return window.Also, it came flattened in the clear plastic bag so it had deep creases. I had to steam it to improve the shape.At $70, the sizing, the improper sawing and poor packaging make it sadly hard to commit to this brand in the future.

This looks and fits me even better than I thought it would. So, I bought two more from the same manufacturer. This hat does not disappoint.

As a proud owner of a mucros trinity flat cap I decided to purchase another. This time an 8 panel driving cap, I ordered the same size as my other cap which is a medium. My head measures 22.5 inches around which falls right in between the small and medium the medium fits me perfect it's not tight and it's not too loose infact if I wear it for a while I actually forget it's on there. If you're thinking about purchasing one of these caps go for it I don't think you will be disappointed.
