I’m a tortoise shell pickguard fanatic and usually pay a lot for authentic nitrate guards but the photos looked so good that I thought I would give this inexpensive guard a try and just return it if it didn’t look good or fit well. It looks fantastic! It has a very clear, vibrant tortoise shell pattern, great wide bevel, all the holes are countersunk and lined up perfectly, and it has shielding! I like to age pickguards to make them look vintage and match the patina of the guitar and I had no problem doing that with this guard. Some progressive wet sanding and polishing with rubbing compound yielded great results!

Es un muy buen pickguard pero ojo con la cantidad de tornillos de tu stratocaster, yo lo pedí para una fender vintera 50s Mexicana y no le quedó.

Monté sur une American Original 60. Les trous de vis correspondent parfaitement. J'ai juste dû poncer très légèrement au niveau du manche pour le faire rentrer, rien de bien méchant. L'aspect est top! Le service client Musiclily est très réactif et arrangeant (contacté suite à une erreur de commande de ma part).
