I have had the privilege of being a guitar repairman and designer of solid body electric guitars. I purchased these stainless steel frets to replace the normal nickel frets I had installed. First off, the stainless steel frets are much harder in density which is very desirable for a player. Less wear on the frets means a longer life from dents from string wear. With these particular frets, you will have to trim them to size to fit your guitar. I do appreciate that the tung or bottom portion of the fret wire has been cut back on each end. However, since these frets are longer than my fretboard I needed to make one side much shorter before installing them. A normal metal file will be fine for the finish work after the frets are installed, but I highly recommend that you under cut the tung wire on the side you have to shorten to make it much easier to finish the job. Overall, my first re fret went great and the guitar plays better and sounds brighter with these stainless steel frets. I have purchased this product twice now and have no regrets.

Los he puesto ya en 6 brazos (neck) 4Fender, 1 ibanez con biding, 1 Jackson, todo sin problemas, recomendación hagan un excelente nivelado y limpieza del mástil antes de ponerlos y van a tener que nivelar muy poco.

Ojo, son de acero necesitas unas pinzas buenas para cortarlos bien, la calidad se siente excelente supongo que van a durar una vida en la guitarra el único detalle que debes tomar en consideración es que vienen precortados tanto en la medida como en el tang asinqie si requieres que el tang llegue hasta el filo del diapasón pues no será así y te va a quedar un espacio puesto que el tang no está ahí, repito vienen precortados, así que te van a servir para guitarras con binding en el brazo pero no para brazos sin binding. El radio de estos trastes es 12, quedaron perfectos en mi guitarra que justamente tiene ese radio.
