The Insta360 GO cameras are really great. They’re tiny, produce images well-suited for social media and be used in many unconventional and creative ways. One quality they lack, though, is full provision for manual exposure control.This set of filters provides a partial remedy to that issue.The set consists of four neutral density filters (ND8/ND16/ND32/ND64) which permit you to reduce the amount of light reaching the sensor which in turn affects the shutter speed of the camera. There are many tutorials available on the web that will teach you how to use ND filters, if you don’t already know how.The Circular Polarizer (CPL) is used to control glare and enhance contrast. Again, the web huas many tutorials.The UV filter is used by most photographers to protect the lens from damage.The filters are both easy and difficult to work with. Easy in the sense that you just need to unscrew the existing lens protector on the GO and screw on the desired Neewer filter. Difficult in the sense that the filters are small and must be screwed on correctly. I fear having one fly out from my fingers and landing in the grass or worse. I would be happier if they supplied some kind of foolproof filter wrench, but they don’t. All you get6 is a well-fitted magnetic case and a cleaning cloth. You’ll need the latter, because I think it virtually impossible to handle these filters without touching their surface.Neewer provides quality products and these filters are no exception. The Amazon and Neewer sales pages provide all the information you’ll need about construction and quality. The test images I shot didn’t exhibit any apparent distortion.I’m glad to be adding these to my Insta360 GO kits.Jerry

If you own ANY camera, you know that ND filters are a must. With the Go3, you do need to be on manual mode, so be sure to switch to that. These are easy to put on and off and make the quality of your videos in bright light so much better!
