The product and company exceeded my expectations at the price point, really can’t fault it. I did have an issue where the blue led (always stays on when it’s plugged in) had stopped working after a week of use. Wouldn’t have been an issue under any other circumstances but in this instance I needed the light. I emailed warranty and asked if I’d accept a partial refund and to keep the mic. I explained I needed a mic with a working light so they simply sent me a whole new replacement kit.I’m giving the product a 5/5 despite the minor defect on the one I received, because a. The sound is amazing, b. Minor faults are not uncommon, and c. The customer and warranty support could not have been better!

Me asombró la calidad de audio que tiene. Lo uso para streamings en vivo y se oye bastante bueno. Si lo usas para grabar harás que suene mucho mejor.

Este micrófono es un paso adelante en todas las características que ofrece Neewer en sus productos, sobre todo en el tema de las innovaciones, porque la marca pudo seguir con su tendencia de ofrecer productos baratos de los que, por el precio, el cliente se conforma con 2 factores: que sirva y que lo haga "bien".Este producto supera por mucho los modelos que también oferta Neewer, como el NW-8000, que también es un micrófono USB, pero muy por debajo de la calidad y prestaciones de este CM20.De los aspectos destacables, además de la conexión USB-C, resalta la construcción, ya que es un micrófono muy sólido que se aleja de lo que ya hemos visto por años con la marca.Los agregados, como la luz que cambia de color cuando se oprime el botón para silenciar el micrófono o la perilla para la ganancia, están ahí pero tampoco es que sea un diferenciador. Misma situación con el brazo o el filtro anti "pop" que se incluye con el paquete.Es en los aspectos técnicos donde el micrófono brilla y mucho. Me sorprendió lo silencioso que es. Capta muy poco ruido de fondo, aunque es cierto que su ganancia da niveles por debajo de otras opciones, como el Snowball iCE de Blue, ya sea por software en los ajustes del dispositivo o por hardware con el knob que controla el "gain" del micrófono, nada que no se pueda resolver aumentando decibelios en edición.Quizás el sonido sea lo que no me gustó tanto, muy cálido para mi gusto. Aunque habrá muchas personas que gusten de ese efecto de sonido de "radiodifusión" que produce, a mí no. Preferiría un sonido más plano, para modificarlo en mi editor de audio con ecualización.Conclusión. Por el precio, si está en oferta, vale mucho la pena. No creo que sea un micrófono que deba ser más costoso que el Snowball iCE, así que un rango de precios aceptable es de 600 a 750 pesos, en el caso del kit, y de no más de 550 pesos si es sólo el micrófono.
