works well with my work lapto (Dell) and my MacBook. I can use with my additional monitor as well as charging my cell phone. One downfall is not having a port for USB for my wireless mouse and keyboard

As someone who juggles multiple devices for video, editing, and storage, this USB-C hub has been a reliable addition to my setup. I use it with my iPhone 15 Pro and MacBook, and it's handled everything I’ve thrown at it so far—from SSD file transfers to powering devices while I film.The 10Gbps speed is no joke. Large video files move quickly, especially with a SanDisk or Samsung SSD. The three USB-C ports are all usable at once, though it’s worth noting that power-hungry devices might cause those pop-ups the listing warns about. Still, that hasn’t been a deal-breaker—it’s more about managing what you plug in at once.The cold shoe adapter is a great touch. It snaps securely onto my cage rig and doesn’t shift around. The aluminum body feels solid but lightweight, and I haven't noticed it overheating.One minor quirk: I wish the power port was positioned slightly differently—cable management gets a little tight on a rig. But overall, this hub performs like a high-end dock without taking up space or draining battery.

The world of electronics can be a shady place with lots of big promises and disappointing results. So I'm always suspicious going into testing things about the claims they make. In this case, the 10Gbps transfer speed had me questioning if it could deliver.I'm happy to say that this hub performs way above it's weight class. Transfer speeds that are blazing fast and high speed charging all in a very portable and convenient little package. And the cold shoe mount that is included is quality made and easy to attach. And when I say it performs above it's weight class, it performs as well as a high end dock while taking up minimal space and being portable.Attaching it to any phone or camera with the included cold shoe mount allows for multiple accessories like external hard drives, lighting, or microphones to be integrated easily.Definitely a great product and at under $30, a great value for your money.

This is great because it has power delivery input. This means I can connect all my usb devices, and charging and convert it to 1 cable that does it all for a clean working area with my macbook pro!

I got this because my current computer's ports are too close together. Now I can charge and use other external devices all at once.Note that this model is _only_ usb-c: no ethernet, hdmi, or other ports.
