Excelente el envío llego un día antes de lo planeado, simple y sencillo para instalarloSe descompuso el anterior que era de otra marca después de 6 años, lo padre es que no hubo que hacer nada. Simplemente coloque los cables de red y todo funcionó como estaba

This little port works great. Plug and play. It maintains the velocity as if it was connected directly to the main modem. I use it to connect my mesh system across the house. This connects to the main modem, and then all mesh units are wired to the gigaport. All register 98% of velocity at modem across all areas of the house. Same speed at basement, first and second floor. Very handy addition, and inexpensive.

Me ha estado funcionando de una forma muy eficiente, no tengo ningún problema de conectividad en los puertos, además de ser muy sencillo de usar y barato, siendo un producto de buena calidad.

Bought this to support my NVR, gaming PC and second router. I always found that adding a switch like this increases all the wired lan speeds. We currently own a home hub 3000 from bell and being directly wired to it sometimes doesn't give the full speeds but with this little guy, it makes everything better. Try to buy it on sale as it gets discounted quite a bit. Also this one is better for a clean setup as there is status lights for ports located in the front. The power and lan ports are in the back. I ended up buying some double sided Velcro to mount this to my NVR so nothing moves and it's a completely clean setup. It lacks mounting holes but that can be easily fixed.

I’m using one cat6 cable from my router to the switch and have connected my media server, LG TV, Apple TV and a LG DVD recorder/copier (all cat 6) to the other 4 ports. The Apple TV & DVD are only running when needed and the setup has been running for a month with no issues. I now only have one network cable running to my entertainment unit and this setup frees up ports on my router for my PC, NAS and printer. Dose the job well and at a low cost.

This is a smallest Gigabit switch I have seen so far.Works really well. Best part is the adapter plug,Connectors are on one side and LED is on other side, so gives a clean look with all cables connected. The socket plug is not Indian as seen in pictures.Bit expensive than other options available but 100% recommended.

Producto pequeño, de hecho diminuto, miren la foto para que vean de que tamaño se ven los cables ethernet, pero sin importar el tamaño el producto cumple perfectamente su función, la transmisión efectivamente es de 1Gb. Tal vez lo único que le faltó es orificios para colocarlo en la pared, pero aún así y por el precio lo recomiendo ampliamente.

I installed Netgear 8 port to expand the Netgear R6700v3 router outputs with 1G port to improve my home network backbone to 1G to reach 4 corners of the house. This particular 8 port switch at the router and the center of distribution.. The switch performed wonderfully. Read on for how I evaluated the switch.-- These are very small and light, much smaller then the impression left from viewing the pictures.-- There is nothing more to the installation then plug it in and power it up.-- Its connects to all 8 ports almost instantly. I reach back to plug it in and view the front and all the ports were connected .-- The ethernet ports on the rear are well labeled and the numbers easily read.-- What is a true convenience is that the lights on the front phsically match the port on the back. Many other switchs reverse the order and its a total annoyance. On this switch draw a line from the port lights to the connector to know which connector is was activity light. nice!-- The front lights are easily seen. The ports show different colors for the speed, green for 1G and yellow for 100m.-- Very very light and can be easily attached to desktop using double side foam tape and it holds in place when cables are attached.-- How about speed performance? I have all 8 ports used to include a TV, Blu-ray player, 2 home security DVRs which (all 100M ports) are all streaming video for this test. The TV and the Blue-ray are streaming 4K UHD video. In addition I have a laptop (with 1G port) and the R6700 router (also 1G port) connected plus 2 standalone IP security cameras (100M ports). The port light colors were correct, Green for the router and PC and yellow for all others. I could tell no difference in the 4K streaming user interface or video performance when connected through the 8 port switch or when connected directly to the router. Every device connected through the switch performed perfectly without any hint of data slowdown. I did a speed test from my PC for the broadband service and I hit the maximum data rate provided by the ISP.One thing could be improved:-- I wish there was something to attach them to a surface. There are no mounting holes . Its a smooth small box.Conclusion: Other than some 2 sided tape for mounting this is a perfect, fast and economical plug and play 1G switch.

Compare un par de opciones y me decidí en particular por este modelo. Las principales razones fueron: facilidad de uso, calidad en el acabado, y tamaño.La facilidad de uso es impresionante! No necesitas ser un experto en redes a ningún nivel. Solo abre la caja, conecta los cables ethernet como se indica en un diagrama muy básico, conecta el equipo a la corriente eléctrica y empieza usarlo. Asi de simple.La calidad del equipo es muy buena, viene en un "enclosure" metálico, con 16 puertos de alta velocidad de transferencia y con muy buenos indicadores visuales.Por ultimo, el tamaño. No estorba, no hace ruido y se ve super profesional para dar ese toque tipo "Data Center" en tu casa, o pequeña oficina.Excelente opción!

Con este switch Netgear Gigabit es posible conectar dispositivos directamente mediante cable Ethernet. Simplemente lo conectas a la corriente y listo. Le conectas los dispositivos que quieras tener directamente a internet. Tiene 8 puertos en su parte posterior, 1 switch on/off en su lado derecho. No hay que instalar software y esta listo para usar. La velocidad de internet no varía al conectar los dispositivos. Me gustó este producto y es un buen precio. En su parte frontal se ilumina un indicador en color verde donde te das cuenta si tiene un dispositivo conectado en el puerto correspondiente.
