Love this brand. A bit expensive but worth it. Great guarantee. Also they offered discounts on other items so I tried other products. Easy to clean. Well made and greatQuality.

This is a heavy duty, and relatively larger spatula. It's ideal for larger bowls or stirring large saucepans. There is a bit of weight in the blade end of the spatula, giving it some heft. It feels very durable, and easy to pivot between cold ingredients in a mixing bowl, to stirring hot sauces while cooking with large pots or saucepans.

Exactly as advertised. If you don’t mind spending the extra, you will get the quality in return for this.

About once a month, I make two 25 to 28 pound batches of catfood. I use a full-size steam table pan for mixing the ingredients. The pan is approximately 21" x 13" x 6" (21 quarts). The spoonula & spatula have the strength to pull through the heavy mix without flexing or breaking. The 14-inch long tools easily allow working to the bottom of the mixture, while having plenty of freeboard for your hands to stay clear. The paddle ends are about 4 inches long and 2-3/4 inches wide. That size paddle moves a lot of material without being so large that mixing requires a lot of strength, but also they're not so small that completing the job seems to take forever. Because they are silicone, they clean up easily; I also put them in the dishwasher. For my needs, these are great. For every day cooking, I use 'standard' size implements. These are tagged as "frequently returned." They are not meant for your two-egg omelet pan, or three quart pot. They are big.

I've only had this set for a couple weeks now, so I can't give it a 5 rating yet. But thus far I'm impressed. Some folks may not need the size and weight of these items, but I do. The spatula made quick work of scraping several pans/pots that sat overnight and began to set. This alone makes it worth the money spent. The spoonula was more handy than I expected when working with large stovetop pans and large size pots. I use non-stick green pans for most everyday cooking, and the shape of the "spoon" made quick work of stirring and overturning heavier foods (alfredo, goulash, etc). It dosen't replace the flat paddle I still use, but between the two I can now handle pretty much anything we normally cook. Both items are unusually strong, and I expect that they will last a long time. No defects were noted out of the package. But I will award 5 stars to customer service. I went to their website to register for the lifetime warranty, as the enclosed card directed. Once on the site, I could not get the process to go through. Tried every computer trick I know, but the problem persisted. OK, I thought, sounds like the old bait-and-switch routine. Lifetime warranty? Sure - nobody does that anymore. So I sent an email to cust svc, not really expecting to hear back. To my surprise, I received a reply in under EIGHT HOURS. Sent my information back to Erriz, and within about 10 minutes the deal was done. These guys seem serious about backing their products, so in this case I'd say the rather steep price results in getting what you pay for. Remember when that was the norm and not the exception?
