Since I prefer not to cook or bake in pans with a non-stick coating, I opted for these to make mini loaves for gifts.Personally, I like them very much. The loaves bake evenly and release easily after just 5-10 minutes cooling time, which allows me to quickly wash them and get another batch in the oven.Some have mentioned that they're thin and the edges are sharp. Neither of these issues stand out with the pans I received. If you remember the aluminum pans your mom or grandmother used, these are much like them.The heat distribution is even, and the loaves I've made have turned out perfectly every time.A 2 loaf recipe will usually convert to 4 of these mini loaf pans.They've been a great addition to my bakeware and I feel they're a great value and a much better option than disposable! I wrap my mini loaves in paper lunch bags and secure with some funky scrapbook paper and twine. Everyone loves them!

I was looking for some small, pure aluminum pans to re-heat leftovers in. I ditched my microwave years ago and haven't looked back, but occasionally I need to re-heat leftovers like Indian takeout in the oven. These do the job perfectly and do not stain. They feel a bit thin and the little wings/handles don't have a nice, smooth, rounded edge like other pans do, but that doesn't bother me. In fact, they nest into each other nicely and don't take up much room to store. I wanted aluminum for two reasons - 1) I can use them on the BBQ if needed without having to worry about the 425F limit of most non-stick pans, and 2) I don't have to baby them to preserve the coating, which eventually fails anyway no matter how nicely you treat them.

So good and cute, I usually bake banana bread in these, but watch out they’re not to be washed in a dishwasher..

I love my new mini loaf pans from Nordic Ware! Love, love, love them. I baked this morning some fluffy bread with mozzarella cheese. Baking was so quick and easy. These little pans are the perfect sizes for my family. Thanks Amazon AU and Nordic Ware!!

These are a cute set of 4 mini loaf pans (with a recipe for banana bread attached with is a nice touch). I am a baker and I truly HATE nonstick pans and these are just plain aluminum and are absolutely PERFECT. They were carefully packed with plastic between them. High-quality materials and well-designed. They allow for really even heat when baking which is terrific. I highly recommend (and these would make a nice gift for a baker as well!).
