This is a quality looking prop. Appears to be of quality manufacturing ,have not run the prop in the water yet but appears to be heavy duty. Yes, it’s 100% aluminum.

I got an aluminum prop as the description says. The hole for the retention cotter key is smaller than the stock plastic prop.If the inside of the hub was painted I would have been happier, but the prop works great and is metal for the price of an aftermarket plastic one. Can't beat it.

Props to these Props. Alloy. I see some in reviews saying they got plastic ones. I ordered two and both were metal alloy that I received. Luck? Dunno. But these are both well made and have incredible thrust vs simpler two blade troller props. I had bought them to put them on a rod and spin with a drill as a kayak motor. Took some finagling, but they worked great for that. We were speeding across a pristine lake in kayaks. Props to these props. Would buy again 100%.

Alloy is the wrong English word, since the prop IS plastic. Alloy is defined as "a metal made by combining two or more metallic elements...". This is not the case here, obviously, and "composite" is a better translation. Appears to be a fiber reinforced thermoplastic.Using it for a brushless kayak motor project but it will also fit my 2hp Johnson canoe motor and allow me to preserve the original aluminum alloy prop when on rocky rivers etc. Will buy more if the kayak thing works out
