Charged right up. For those of you who are not sure if this battery is for your camcorder. Look at the white sticker on the back it should say (NPX-108) (Lithium Battery) as highlighted in (yellow) above. This is a nice backup battery or more power to record for long periods of time. Worth a few extra dollars!

A year ago, I purchased a Video Camera which I am outfitting for Cinematography to do short films...One of the most important things is being able to shoot raw footage 6 to 8 hours a day and, it's important to have the necessary batteries to get the job done!These batteries last a good length of time allowing me to shoot footage all day, and having spares is a bonus!I like the fact that this is the same make & model as my original batteries and fit my camera in the same manner!Expense of this batteries allows for my film budget to keep my camera & equipment in good running form.Thank you to Amazon for carrying this valuable product!

The suggested charger, NP-FH50 Battery Charger for Sony, is not compatible with this battery.
