This is easy to clean and use! I highly recommend this product if you are looking for something inexpensive instead of using a spoon or fork. It makes life so much easier with a baby who is inpatient when hungry. In less than 2 minutes the food was "ready to eat". Love it!!! Only issue was when it arrived it looked "worn out" from perhaps being stored up for awhile??? Other than that you won't be disappointed.

So far this thing has been very handy! It is very easy to use. I have been able to easily mash up everything I have put in it which has been the usual steamed or fresh veggies and fruits but I imagine it could be used for many more things. As I get more creative I'll really test this thing out. When I'm done everything easily rinses off and goes on the top rack in the dishwasher.I can mash everything up and feed her right from the bowl or prepare it in advance and put it in the fridge with its included lid. It would be great for traveling or especially taking on trips out to eat where you could easily order steamed veggies and fresh fruit and mash it and feed it to them right there. No need to worry about bringing extra food for baby when going out to eat with the family! It even comes with its own spoon which is kinda unique itself. We haven't actually used it yet but my almost 1yr old daughter seems to like it!I included some pictures of the teal and white one that I ordered. It does feel well made and sturdy. Even when you're going to town mashing food there is never any feeling of weakness. It is made with good strong plastic and the masher is easy and comfortable to grip. Even with wrist problems it's easy for me to use. I only wish I had found this sooner!My only complaint has nothing to do with the product itself but with the seller and that is the fact that they charge you more to pick your color and that just doesn't make sense. I could possibly get that color randomly so there is no cost difference. It's not even a customization. Just a way to make extra money. So I deducted a star for this. Either sell them for just one price and let people pick their color or ONLY allow it to be random, but DON'T charge people $2 more for simply selecting an already available color.Reviews are a big factor in determining if I make a purchase so I try to take the time to leave thoughtful reviews that will be helpful for others when contemplating a purchase. For months I kept saying, "I want a masher to easily mash the baby food," and my husband kept saying, "It's called a fork." I decided to buy this anyway and I wish I would have gotten it sooner!!! I LOVE THIS THING!! It is perfect for taking what ever we are eating whether we are at home, someone else's house or at a restaurant and mushing it up so our little one can eat it. It is easy to use, easy to clean, I have not found anything I don't like about it. Buy it when your little one first starts solids and spare your forks and forearms!!

Item is waste of money. Head part is peeling off and mixingwith food. Not recommend to any.
