The desk phone does not work with the Ooma Telo. I contacted Ooma customer service and they do not have any suggestions. The Ooma Telo hand sets work perfect, great system. This phone is not compatible with the rest of the system. Amazon show this phone as a suggestion to go with the Telo system.

The product does not work with landlines must have one of their systems already installed.

+Overall good build quality.+Good audio quality.+ Very easy to install.+Works as advertised.-It feels a bit light weight. One can drag the phone along when he pulls the handset is pulled beyond the cable coil. Not a deal breaker though.-The LCD screen could be a bit brighter.
