When I first ordered this light I was slightly concerned about how the charging port is on the outside of the light but this product holds up like none other! I dive in salt water many a week and not only is it durable enough to withstand the harsh salt water conditions but the battery life lasts my entire work week. I have never had it die on me even after using it for an entire week.This dive light is so bright and light weight. It has officially replaced my large and bulky torch that I use to use for night dives. It is great that it has the soft goodman handle that can be setup for left or right handed users because it helps free up my hands for when leading dives and having to handle DSMB's or other scenarios that require both hands to be free while under water.This product comes with 2 rechargeable batteries, a usb-c charging cable, a separate wrist strap if you choose not to use the goodman handle as well as 3 additional orings with lubricant to replace the ones that are currently in the light for future upkeep.Hands down, or hands free I should say.... I highly recommend this light to any divers or fellow adventurers.

From start to finish my first time trying this amazing light. First it comes with 2 batteries but you will only need one, it lasted all 3 dives. Charging was easy. You simply twist and plug in. No need to take battery out. Now the fun part. It comes with a wrist strap and it’s just always there when you need a light. I had room for my computer, camera and the light is just easily there on your wrist. The light is very, very bright. You can see in the videos it even lights light areas. The light can be adjusted down if needed also. I highly recommend this light to beginners or advanced divers. Love the color, size and composition. Thumbs up all the way. I have other lights but probably won’t be seeing them much anymore. This light is by far the brightest light on the market. So in summary:Easy, cool, bright, long lasting, compact, 2 batteries, wrist strap, leash, and awesome. Contact me for anything. Glad to help

I bought this Orca Torch light to test because a dive buddy had a wrist mount during our dive/snorkel trip to Chios, and I had wished I had one too. When I found this one from Orca Torch, I ordered it as soon as I could.It takes a few tries to open the built in charging port cover, because when it's new, the o-ring is full sized and the new grease gives it a bit of suction, so keep trying....You need to twist it to the left to open it, (as you are holding the light with the button on top, and the orange silicon grip on the bottom).Some people may like the ability to plug the charging cable directly into the light, so they don't need to remove the battery to charge it...one less step, and then the battery will never be accidentally left behind. It does come with a second battery, so you can charge both and then switch them out if you're doing multiple dives.The light can rotate from 1700, to 800 to 400 lumens by pressing the power button..pressing and holding the button from any setting can give a short boost to 3000 lumens total.The batteries it comes with are 5000mAh, 21700 3.6V. so they are powerful and long lasting.The most important features for me are the strong, bright, long-lasting light, since I often do very long dives, and the ability to wear it on my wrist to focus on a subject while still being able to manipulate my camera. I happen to have another excellent Orca Torch light mounted on my camera already, so this wrist mounted one can give me extra, needed light to see creatures in hard to see crevices.It's a great light, overall, and I recommend it. I dive very frequently in many different locations and conditions, so the flexibility of this light is a great bonus.

The DC710 Octatorch is an excellent light and I definitely recommend it. This is my experience leading to my purchase. Over the past two years I have bought 3 different non-Orcatorch dive lights and each time was disappointed with what I bought. I bought slide and button switch lights, small, medium and larger sized lights but none were of the quality, dependability or functionality I needed. That all changed while diving with a couple buddies this summer.We were diving in late summer with very poor visibility to the point we all activated our lights to be able to see each other in the 0-2 foot visibility. This was a definite safety concern during this dive. Both buddies had Ocratorch light 710’s and I had a small off brand light. Within less than 10 minutes of this hour long dive my light was already showing red indicator of low battery. One of my dive buddies saw this and had an extra Orcatorch 710 back up and handed it to me. I used the 710 light for the rest of the dive. I was amazed at the perfect size that allowed for proper handling and usage. I was very impressed with the Orcatorch’s battery life which had no trouble completing this dive with plenty of battery left. I was impressed with the 710’s quality and functionality and ease of its positive push button operation, light bean power as well of its versatility.Immediately after this dive is when I realized both dive buddies were using exclusively the Ocratorch products as well as tank lights which we also used on this dive. I was sold and purchased the DC710 and tank light immediately. This light has shown to be of high quality and functionality as well as ease of bezzel charging without having to remove the battery. It has impressive battery life and an on/off switch that is also very positive, easy to operate and dependable.I highly recommend the Orcatorch 710 and tank light. I’m pleased with this product and this supplier. Great light and company. I wish I had known of this brand and supplier prior to buying other brands in the past as this is quality product at a reasonable price point.
