good value - and sounds very clean! I recommend it for sending audio from a tv outside to the sound system inside your house or vice versa

We use several different OREI products in our AV installations - HDMI splitters and this Audio over ethernet - they work great and the price is very reasonable - far less than similar products that we have used.

Plugged it in, everything just worked, so that is solid. It's only been a day so far. 44.99 when I got it.ProTip: If you only need RCA and your Ethernet cable is not near any AC wiring, then you can use the cheap unpowered adapters. If you have a AC wiring near your Ethernet cable then you will pick up a 60hz hum. Using this you don't get the hum because it is uses a DAC.

I use two of these to send SP/DIF or RCA signals over a long distance as part of my whole home audio system. One pair of these I use to get sound out to my pool area which is about a 80ft run of Cat6.They are lossless too as there is no delay in the sound. I proved this by playing outside and inside from the same source, but the inside output doesn’t involve this device. Both outputs produce perfectly in sync sound. The real test is using sound where people are talking and the voices were in sync with the TV source i used in the testing.
