Acerca de este artículo

  • Amplía el video hasta 330 pies: extiende las señales HDMI hasta 330 pies (100 metros) a Full HD 1080p por un cable Cat5e/Cat6. Conexión punto a punto.

I have several REI devices to move and split HDMI. I needed to extend USB beyond a room and I chose REI since the HDMI stuff is solid. This thing would not connect. I tried several different CAT cables (5e, 6, and 8) nothing. So I guess it is going back and I'm now on the hunt for a different brand - bummer

It can be easy to overload this adapter with too many high bandwidth devices. Keyboard and mouse no problem but the second you throw multiple high bandwidth devices at this adapter you may have issues. I am using mine to remotely control an Icom IC-7300 and it works great for this but I cannot have anything else plugged in at the same time or I have issues. Some of these issues are RFI related so leaving everything else off this adapter helps but even just in receive mode having two radios on this adapter at the same time with internal sounds cards caused issues.

I was working on a project to connect three televisions from one side of our church to the other. We had CAT6 cabling installed for the project and just needed a device that could take the signal to the three televisions. This product looked perfect for our use, so I ordered it to give it a try. This worked immediately upon plugging all the parts together and to power. We had signal and the picture was clear and crisp. A few adjustments to the resolution and we were ready for action. This was wonderful by itself, but these devices have the ability to loop from one to another so that we can send all three signals out without needing an HDMI distributor.I immediately purchased two more and now we have all three televisions showing the same picture. The only issue that we had at all was that one of the signal boxes did not work until we changed the resolution on the television - which was different than the other two. But we figured that out fairly quickly and now are thrilled with the final results.I could see myself purchasing another one of these to be able to put the signal from one television to others in my home as well. The loop out feature is fantastic for multiple displays and I could see some great uses for this technology. If you are in the market for an HDMI over CAT6 device, this one is great!

Worked perfect over my VLAN for my Ubiquiti network. Also worked just plugging in and running on the same network as my TVs and computers.Gets assigned an IP and just works when you plug it in. I am very happy with the ease of the install.

I was nervous from the previous comments that this wouldn't work for my application but it did. I have 1-TX to 3-RX (see the part numbers in the pictures) running through 2 Netgear 5 port unmanaged switches. Everything was installed with cat6a shielded cable. These are being used to send signal to large TV's in our Church's Sanctuary.Installing them was nothing more than making the connections and powering them up. There is no setup to speak of. This is a dedicated network for this with no other traffic so I can not comment if these will work on an existing network. The image seems to be clear with no issues although I am only running them at 1080p.The main issue that I have run into is the delay in the audio, it is almost a full second. This wouldn't be a problem if you sourced the audio right at the TV. In my case the audio is coming directly from the video source via analog. I have 2 ideas to remedy this:1. Place a audio extractor on the output of the Roland V-40HD I am using and hope I can get enough delay in the V-40HD settings.2. Buy another RX, run it into an audio extractor, and use a dummy connection on the output of the audio extractor. This is a work in process and will provide an update when I finalized the solution.PROS:Plug and play.Mounting brackets included.Great image.Cons:Audio delayed (if getting audio from source)Run slightly warm.AC adapter on the larger side.
