I should have expected it; however, I did not think the plastic would be so cheap it would break the moment I used it. The little plastic drawer nobs are shipped off the drawers (I assume to save space for shipping). Once opened, the consumer has to place the nobs on the drawers by pushing them through pre-cut holes.. the moment I attempted this, the plastic snapped on the nobs and made them completely useless. Not satisfied and wouldn't recommend, unlessI somehow got a lemon.

For reference, I purchased the "tall, 4 layer" version - the one with the tall drawer on the right - and in theory this would be an absolutely GREAT first aid, medication, or craft organizer if it were made with better quality materials and the smaller drawers were just 1" taller. Unfortunately, they are too short to accommodate a normal prescription bottle. The actual frame is okay. It's not great, but it's made of a thicker plastic than the drawers, and in my opinion, the drawers are junk. They are made of flimsy, cheap plastic and don't slide easily in and out of the frame. The "handles" for the drawers are a joke and are supposed to snap in place, but three of them kept falling out and had to be glued in place. (I used E6000 & that worked well). Now, you may be asking, why did I keep this thing it if it is such junk??? Well, it actually does hold all of my first aid items in one place, neatly organized. Plus, when I purchased them, they were on "Today's Deal," and they were 40% off. I would be willing to pay more (& by more, I mean full price) if it were better quality and if the drawers made of were thick acrylic, instead of cheap tupperware plactic. Bottom line: It's a decent organizer if you can get it while it's on sale - meaning at least 40% off. Otherwise, don't waste your money.

Everything. Worst product I have ever purchased on Amazon by far. Plastic cracks, much smaller than depicted.
