The harness system could be a bit more secured with normal systems, and the hipbel could have a bit of padding... but beyond that, I love it because it has:* Two water bottle pocket at the side.* Ergonomic straps and hip-belt. Both can be hidden.* Laptop compartment.* Pass-through system.* Lash/Attaching points.* Clamshell opening.* Compression straps (internally and externally)* Meeting most airlines' carry-on size requirements.* Lightweight & Strong.* No velcro in the back system preferred.So... as it was imposible for me to find all of this in other backpacks, I decided I could love with the unpadded hipbelt and the way the carrying straps connect. Wish me luck!

Great backpack, very practical, from the renowned daylite collection from Osprey. This is the new (and genuine) model from 2024.Pros:- Very lightweight- The space is well optimized (it’s basically a big empty space with little interior compartments, which I was looking for)- It’s so far been accepted as cabin luggage on all the flights I took it to- The laptop compartment is big however it doesn’t ’waste’ too much space when not in use- The mesh pockets are quite big, keeps your water bottle more safely in place- There is a practical tiny pocket for an air tagCons:- I like that there is a hip strap however it’s not as supportive as on other backpacks. It can be fully tucked in when not in use tho, which is practical- The 3 pen holders are a bit too much imo. I could have done with only 1 and use the saved space for more organization

Brought this to Thailand Cambodia and Vietnam. Perfect size for the airlines and lightweight to carry.

I recently picked up the Daylite 44L backpack, and I have to say, it is AMAZING. The size is spot on – I can easily pack a week’s worth of clothes and still have room for my computer or tablet, chargers, cables, and toiletries. It’s perfect whether I’m heading out for a weekend or longer. The materials are really high quality, so it’s resistant to tears and even light rain, which is super reassuring. Plus, the design is great with lots of pockets and compartments to keep everything organized. One thing I love is the compression straps. They make it so easy to squeeze everything down and make the most of the space. And it’s TSA compliant for carry-on, which is a huge plus for traveling. The comfort is also great. The shoulder straps are very well padded and they and the waist strap can be tucked away to avoid dangling straps when you need to squeeze it into an overhead bin or want to carry it more like a duffel bag.I went with the black color, but it’s actually more of a really dark gray, and it looks really sleek. Overall, I’m super happy with the Daylite 44L backpack. It’s definitely one of the nicest backpacks I’ve ever owned, and I’d totally recommend it if you’re looking for a reliable and versatile travel bag. It's priced at $140, but Amazonnsometimes has it on sale making it closer to $120. At that price, it's a steal.
