Great bag. Each style of handle tucks away into a pocket so if you want it in tote mode just unclip and tuck the backpack straps into the back pocket and vice versa if you want the backpack just fold the tote handles into the pockets. The clips for the backpack are also good for hanging on the back of a buggy. Plenty of space for everything you would need. Well worth it.

I took photos of the size difference, not sure if it’s a defect in this bag, but the one strap keeps falling off my shoulder as it’s an inch larger than the other one. So for the amount I paid ($120) was expecting solid measurements and no defects. Otherwise, a great bag with lots of room, fits my 15” laptop and iPad. Hopefully, I can get in touch with Osprey to find out what’s wrong with the handles on this.

Great bag and the height and width are perfect but the depth could be larger...it does not hold much. I do love the material, color and it seems tough.

Love the functionality of a tote that can transform into a backpack. I specifically wanted a “personal item” bag for when I have a larger carry on backpack. I love that I can use it as a tote when I have a larger backpack then convert it when I want a smaller day pack. Great quality as well!

The tote style is great to use as a diaper bag. Looks good and way mor comfortable than traditional “diaper bags”
