I needed this adapter to connect a Rockpal solar panel to a Perco power station. But when I first received it, I discovered that the orientation of the Anderson connector contacts (solar panel end) were 90 degrees off. Fortunately it was easy to disassemble to connector and rotate the contacts! Mission accomplished!

Perfect Connector for the new Rockpals Solar panels Anderson to MC4. You have to be careful when you buy other solar panel Anderson to MC4 connectors, they have the male pole Negative and Female Positive, This connector comes already wired up for Rockpals Anderson type connector. This made it possible to put the Rockpals old 60 watt solar panel and the new Rockpals with stands 60 watt solar panel in series/parallel without cutting and crimping wires. this connector comes ready to go. Awesome Product, I Loved it so much I bought another one today because they seem to be selling out quick and who knows when the may be back in stock. +++++

I found that I needed an Andersen to MC-4 connector for my Bluetti 1500 to hook to my solar panel. First, I had to figure out whether the female MC-4 connector on the harness was pos. or neg. Got that figured out (female neg.) and this was the harness to order. When it arrived, I tried to connect it to the Andersen on the solar panel. Well the solar panel was a horizontal connection and this harness was a vertical connection. I started looking at Anderson connectors online and the 10 piece set showed the connectors had tongue and grooves to hold them side-by-side. I slid back the protective cover on the harness and found that the Andersen plugs would slide apart and I could make the connection horizontal as I needed.

Exactly what I was looking for to connect my anderson pole connectors from my solar panel to my mc4 device. It's not wired backwards. It's wired as the diagram showed if you pay attention to the polarity.

After reading all the reviews it sounds like the Anderson cables could be anyway. Mine came stacked one on top of the other and had to rearrange them to fit my Jackery. And mine were also reversed polarity so I had to re-stack them again now I plug black to red and red to black so now it works.
