Due to its thickness this material makes it harder to cleanly wrap corners vs traditional speaker cloth. It's porous openings are covered by a thin *backing* layer of cloth which is good. Was worried it would really show the frame it will cover, but it's not too transparent vs what I need. The rough cut on two sides affected the advertised dimensions making it hard to cover my bass traps.

Really nice material. Quality like the original. I used it to fix up my old Fender 4x10 cab (was more than enough to do the job. I would recommend ironing it first (I didn't and you can see some creases).

The main thing about this grille cloth is the size, which gives you the versatility to adapt to your requirement. It looks good, has good sound transparency, and you can cut this size to suit your requirement.

I used to to recover my fender amplifier with that ugly straw tan colored , but durable material. Well..it did last 40 years...But this stuff is beautiful, changed the look completely. I dont use the amp to gig, it's just my home amp so I dont have to worry if it snaggs something .. I used hot glue on the back side...no staples. took my time...If i was going to take the speaker cover on and off frequently, I would have stapled it and used a different glue...but since it probably wont come off again for another 40 years when Im long gone....hot glue works JUST perfect. Very satisfied with the look of the material. Beautiful.

I replaced my 50 year old Acoustic Research (AR 93) speaker covers with this black stretch cover I bought on Amazon and they look like new. Couldn't be happier. See before and after photos. FYI...I bought the AR emplems on ebay.
