Love it wind won’t blow it over, you also have the option to stick in the ground not like the plastic ones. Takes up less storage space

We bought this sign for our HOA Community. It is strong, steady and durable. I am giving it three stars because you can't use a Dry Eraser on the PVC Board that comes with this sign. If you do, you will not be able to wash it off. We tried the dry eraser, the dry eraser cleaner that comes with the markers, alcohol, nail polish remover, oven cleaner, bleach, paint thinner, the Remooble cleaner from Amazon and finally gasoline. The only thing that removed the dry eraser marker from this board was alcohol, but it still left a faded imprint of the letters on the board. The company that makes these signs needs to list the type of cleaner someone can use to clean this board, when using a dry erase marker on the board. We will purchase another dry eraser board that we can use with this sign frame.

This is a great addition to my wife's event planning business. The 24x36 inch size provides plenty of space for eye-catching messages, and the double-sided design allows for maximum visibility. The heavy-duty construction feels durable, and it stands up well to outdoor conditions without tipping over. The included PVC boards are easy to use, making it simple to change the signage as needed.

As advertised, this is a sturdy, 2-sided metal sign that was perfect for our children’s art studio as a street board. The white pvc boards worked great for a vinyl graphic. Great value for the money.
