llegadon DOS equipos juntos, uno de ellos en su caja original con instructivo, llave y BATERIASel otro equipo apenas envuelto en film plastico, sin llave ni baterias,

I like it. Very quite operation and releases paper in very economical length. It doesn't come with anchors, I bought self drilling anchors and they worked ok because the product not heavy.

I needed this dispenser for sanitary reasons and it works great. It was easy to install (does not include screws), the motion detection works flawlessly and the paper doesn't jam. It's quieter than I expected!The only drawback for this dispenser is the design of the paper towel holder which requires to have the plastic tube insert, those paper towels are expensive. Other types of paper towel without the plastic tube slips off of holder. I can't afford to buy those expensive paper towels and are more difficult to find in stores so I modified the holder's right arm by taping 3 disposable shot cups. It has been working with no problems!

En mi caso lo compre para uso doméstico, lo puse en la cocina para dejar de comprar los rollos de servitoalla, funciona de maravilla, no es la mejor estética para la cocina sin embargo la función y la comodidad lo supera por mucho. Debo aclarar que me ha costado trabajo encontrar los rollos de papel que le quedan. en una tienda especializada me hicieron modificaciones en el portarrollos y funciona excelente.

Funciona perfectamente, lo instale en la cocina y me permitio controlar facilmente el corte de papel, sin el cada pedazo de papel salia o muy corto o muy largo.
